BlueGirl1920 94 Posted January 23, 2018 The long awaited day is finally here. So many thoughts running through my head. Thinking of a positive future where I am healthy and active. Also fearing that I will leave my 5 year old and 2 year old motherless. Aside from my husband and kids, I have told no one else about my surgery. Hopefully a year from today I will be posting about how successful the year was and how my life has changed for the better. kakatlady612 1,053 Posted January 23, 2018 I m certain you will be just fine, you are going to be setting a good example health-wise foe your children. Don't be be blue @ blue girl I'm sure you are in good surgical hands. Sure, you can be a smidge fearful but you are doing a good thing, you will, have the chance to be the fun game playing mom who will be here to watch them grow up. Pretty cool isnt it?Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app 1 BlueGirl1920 reacted to this

r.chapanar@gamil.com 31 Posted January 23, 2018 Today's my Big day too. I too am leaving 4 kids and my hubby to go have surgery. At first I felt selfish but I always put them before my own want and needs and that's how I ended up like the because I neglected my own health in order to make sure they were always happy and healthy. For once I need to put myself first and I need to take care of myself in order to take care of them. I know it's hard to leave them but you're doing the right thing for yourself in order to have a good future for all of you. Good luck today sending good vibes. I will see you on the losers bench. It’s nerve-wracking, to say the least! It’s all right, though, we got this!
kakatlady612 1,053 Posted January 23, 2018 You could say you both have flu and need to be hospitalized because of your age. I think it is so nice you're doing this together, a firm commitment towards future health.Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app 1 BlueGirl1920 reacted to this
