Kbry 0 Posted January 22, 2018 Hey all, I am currently just over 3 months post op and am really struggling with not eating 30 min before and after I eat. I never used to drink when i was eating and now I can't seem to eat without dying for a drink of Water. I know it flushes the food faster through your body and you miss nutrients so I try hard not to drink. Has anyone come across this problem as well?

Apple203 1,314 Posted January 22, 2018 I'm pre-surgery, but working on building this habit. I literally set a 30 minute timer on my cell phone and place it on top of my water bottle. It is an interesting and difficult habit to build!!! 1 LiveInTheMoment reacted to this
Kbry 0 Posted January 22, 2018 yes it sure is difficult...the easiest part of this whole process was the preop diet and getting ready for surgery...the hardest part begins when the surgery is done and you start the new sleeved life
