This diet is getting harder and harder the first couple of days I was great, but as time went on and I cook for the kiddos it’s tempting lol how are you It is so hard cooking for the family and then sitting down to a cup of broth lol. I’m just so hungry all the time and have like no energy. It’s like torture. Where are you located? Do you have to drink all liquid or do you get a meal too?
