I had my surgery on 1/11/18 I went to my first week post op and lost 15lbs but haven’t weighed again since then. Can you share some of your food ideas? When I was looking for a "before" picture and realised I don't have a single photo where I'm not up close face only or hiding behind people and things, I realised I don't want to feel ashamed of myself anymore. This is the best possible step to take to give me a chance to get healthy and start liking me again! Congratulations on your op!!
