MsTipps 314 Posted February 1, 2018 You will be pooping out the small amounts of waste products from the food you are eating and off course metabolic by-products such as broken down components of red blood cells etc. xx
Bigman12345 58 Posted February 5, 2018 Well I’m 2 weeks out today and 42 pounds down, started eating soft foods yesterday, found a couple things that didn’t sit, ketchup was a little irritating and I went out to eat last night and had broiled haddock, it was going down fine and I made a very bad choice, tarter sauce is the devil!! LolI was good until the tarter sauce, must have been the oily aspect, it did say to avoid them but I was doing good, it did not stay down and hurt like hell, I guess it’s a learning experience, yet I made deviled eggs with light mayo and it sat well, good luck everyone, I’ll keep posting my progress and blundersOther than the tarter sauce everything is awesome and I’m doing well, definitely happy I made this choice 2 1 angyplus5, FluffyChix and MsTipps reacted to this

Bigman12345 58 Posted February 5, 2018 Yeah it’s dropping fast, I notice many changes already, I lost 1 inch off my neck, chest, and around my belly button, and 2 inches off my waist already
_Shane_ 63 Posted February 5, 2018 I'm a little dubious. 3 pounds a day? Wouldn't that be like 10,000 calories burned per day? How is that possible?
Bigman12345 58 Posted February 5, 2018 I have no idea but it just keeps going, it started off 4 pounds roughly and now to between 2-3 a day, and I’m eating too, today I had mixed fruit, Protein Shake, and mixed bean Soup so far.
Bigman12345 58 Posted February 5, 2018 But I do have to clear it up, I miscalculated, I’m at 32 pounds down in 2 weeks, I started at 390 and am now 358, so that’s 32 not 42.
Bigman12345 58 Posted February 7, 2018 Down 2 more pounds, everything is great, I got to see the doc today, he said it was ok to take the strips off my wounds, they look great, the nutritionist gave me great ideas for food so I’m excited, starting to get hunger pains finally so I know when to eat, everything is good!! 2 MsTipps and Kat0000 reacted to this
