Went shopping today for new work clothes and I NEEEVVEEERRR thought in a million years I would wear a size 4/6... I'm so THANKFUL to God for this opportunity and even though I may fall short at times, I'm going to work HARD to never go back to where I was before.....

Hw: 240

Sw: 232

Gw: 160

Cw: 138

We have similar stats, I am 5’6 and 234. I really would like to level off around 160, so I have a goal weight of 150, and then I want to increase my calories so that I don’t lose anymore. This is the one thing that is making me really nervous about the whole surgery, and even has me second guessing at times. Did you choose to keep losing after you hit your goal weight, or were you unable to stop? Also, did you have any issue with skin? By the way, congrats!!

THANK you... I don't have ALOT of loose skin.. Just a little on my arms, stomach and thighs but it's not extreme... My weight stopped where it wanted too... I just finished a 21 day Daniel Fast eith my church so that took me from 142 to 137.. I think my body is comfortable at 140

Had a sleeve in 2017, lost over 100 pounds. Had a DS surgery this year (2025) for more sustainable weight loss. 🤞

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
