I'm 35 today and down 50 pounds!

I am so excited! My mini-goal was to be down 50 pounds by my birthday, and I made it! I just wanted to spread/share the joy with all my other bandster friends! Gotta love that band!

U GO GIRL!!!!!!!! That is soooooo good! How in the world did u lose 50 lbs. in that short period of time!? That is inspiring to me. My ultimate goal is to lose 60 lbs...I'm down 30. I'm stuck right now...my weight has not moved either way. I have my 1st fill tomorrow. But anyway, enough of me....keep it up!

Lori thats awesome!! I will be 35 in january and that's one of my goals is to be down 50 by my birthday. I was just banded 3 1/2 weeks ago and I'm down 20, so I'm hopeful that I can hit 50 by january. You're an inspiration!!

Thats awesome, i had my band 6 months (-2 days) before my birthday (which is coming up in a week) and i'm down 50 also. My goal is to be at 100lbs down by 1 year! Now more than ever i think its possible because i lost all that weight at not even an optimal fill level. Hopefully now that i'm in my sweet spot ( i think anyways, if not, i'm very close) itll come off a little easier.

Hey guys! I lost 20 pounds or so of the 50 on pre-op liquid diet. I just had by second fill the other day. I have not had any restriction until now. At least I think I have some restriction, I don't get mushies until this afternoon! I have been starving!

A lot of my success comes from my very supportive network of friends and family. Plus, I have young kids who keep me hopping! My job is also very busy and stressful at times, too. I think a lot of my weight loss has to do with staying so busy and moving! You gotta move your body!

Thanks everyone! My next mini-goal is to lose 60 by Thanksgiving! I will keep ya posted!
