jessicaf6280 3 Posted January 25, 2018 I am February 6th, don’t have a time yet! I started my pre-op today. But I guess my pre-op diet isn’t like everyone else’s. For the first week I just have to replace one meal a day with a Protein Shake, high Protein meals, and I can’t have any carbs. {carbs in fruits and veggies is fine, just no bread, Pasta, chips, etc.}. For the second week it’s two shakes a day, one high protein dinner. Then the day before surgery is all liquids. I guess I have it easy compared to some people! 1 deflatingslowly reacted to this
Redhatgal 11 Posted January 25, 2018 I started my prepping today. 5-6 Protein Shakes and a meal of 3oz. Protein, low card veggies. I totally cannot get out of the bathroom. Should have bought stock in toilet paper. 1 deflatingslowly reacted to this

shyjas89 1 Posted February 4, 2018 My gastric bypass surgery is on February 19th. I started my pre-op diet on the 1st. Two Protein Shakes as Meal Replacements, veggies and one small portion of chicken or tuna a day. Im dying over here with this diet. I feel like im about to pass out but I guess in the end it will be worth it.Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app
