bb3b 1 Posted March 20, 2018 Thanks, James, this is really helpful! I have just reached the solid food stage, so will certainly follow your advice. I found that over the past few weeks I have tended to do as you have suggested and relied on Soups, shakes, yogurts etc. Having said that, the first bite of real food (an omlette with very soft veggies) was heaven!
