I was prescribed a Multivitamin that is non-chewable and tastes unbearable. I have been crushing it up and just chucking it to the back of my mouth and drinking Water but its making me gag.
Any tips on how I could take these? I am 2 weeks post VSG.

I think it was @Creekimp13 suggested to me sugar free Kool-Whip.
