jess_18 12 Posted January 15, 2018 Would Flinstones chewables be okay to take? Would they give me the Vitamins I need. I'm not allowed to take gummies, and the ones I've been trying to take have been making me sick. 1 Syaniya reacted to this

Creekimp13 5,840 Posted January 15, 2018 I get the "Animal Shapes Complete"...which is the store brand knock off of Flintstones Complete. All the same values. If you're using Flintstones...Flintstones Complete is best. I take two a day. I also take 500mcg of B12 B50 Complex D 5000 IU (because i'm deficient) And 600mg calcium citrate twice a day

One in the morning and one at night. They recommended not taking them both togetherSent from my SM-N920V using BariatricPal mobile app
