Anyone with this insurance have any insight to the approval process and their criteria? I'v heard its one of the more easier insurance companies to deal with and get approval from. I have my consult with my surgeon next week and I'm just praying its not another waste if time like my first go-around was. I had MVP and a diff bariatric group and it was a total waste of 6mos.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
