I have lost alot of weight and have been in control but recently I'm craving sweets. I don't want to get out of control. This was my problem before surgery. Any suggestions?

If it's chocolate you crave try cacao or very dark chocolate in moderation . I satisfied my need for chocolate without the sugar content or calories. In in short lok for alternatives yo can feel good about...

It's not as much chocolate as Cookies. I just try to not buy them. It's funny i baked for Christmas and didn't eat much of them. Maybe it was my release to back and give away, Also I really don't care for dark chocolate. I also like chips which crunchy goes down very well. I don't deprive myself just limit. I haven't gained anything just getting nervous.

Oh... I understand completely. Still alternatives may be a be help I can personally tell you that the Quest brand of Protein Cookies are out of this world good. So good I had to keep checking the wrapper to make sure I wasn't going off plan. Seriously I thought it was a regular treat and I got super nervous.

As for chips I don't think the protein ones will come close to the real deal but give them a try!!!
