Nancy Geoghegan 22 Posted January 10, 2018 Hi All. I am on my pre op diet and I'm allowed crystal light. Do you think I could just put some ice in the blender and put some crystal light in it and count it as a drink?
r.chapanar@gamil.com 31 Posted January 10, 2018 That's a good question. I just started my liquid diet today and I'm gonna try that. it is liquid right? Ice is just Water. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app
Nancy Geoghegan 22 Posted January 10, 2018 That's what I am thinking. It is not the caffeinated kind or anything. I am gonna mix one of my bottle packets with a small amount of Water - then pour that over the ice and start the blender. Ill let you know if it is good, lol, My tummy is rumbling and liquid is all I can have tonight.

orionburn 1,024 Posted January 10, 2018 Yes, it'll count as a drink for your daily goals. Nothing wrong with making a slushy out of it. I like to mix half ice and milk for my Protein Shakes to give it a milkshake consistency. Kind of acts as a treat from time to time. 1 r.chapanar@gamil.com reacted to this
