I’ve hit a small stall to! I’m trying not to be discouraged but we can do this it will get better I’m sure!

A lot of people resort to Facebook, wouldn't do me any good cause I'm not FB type. On here my suggestion: put February Success Stories 2018, in the paragraph "Lets stay together and share our experiences" and. put it in the Post Surgery Forum . ..

Sleeved Feb 14th I will not weigh myself until I can fill and see a difference. I still can only do 2oz of fluids I get on the bike 3xs a day ten mins a day and put in about 5000 steps. When i go in to see the Dr. If he tells me I have not lost 12 pounds then him and I will revisit what I have been doing.
