Gen17 92 Posted January 9, 2018 How long have you been in the stall? I hit a few (5 months post op) and had to change up what I ate. A bit more carbs etc. and it jump started it. Even increased my exercise.
dollface516 1 Posted January 9, 2018 it's been three weeks and I've lost, regained and lost the same 2-3 pounds .. I've been thinking maybe it's time to switch up my routine .. i think I'll contact a personal trainer ..
FluffyChix 17,415 Posted January 9, 2018 Someone mentioned on here that there are pretty routine time frames for stalls. I think I remember them being: 3 weeks, 3-4 months, 6 months, 9 months? So if you're doing the same things and staying honest with yourself, I'd say just give it time? But also, you could re-evaluate your activity levels and weight and use a TDEE to calculate or re-evaluate your macros. That way you can be more certain your aren't over/under eating? Hugs. Stalls suck. The. End!!!! 2 dollface516 and myrabriana22 reacted to this
