hanoon 0 Posted January 9, 2018 How does everyone track their Water intake? How do you know if you’ve had an ounce or more?
Cac93 10 Posted January 9, 2018 Im week 4 postop and when i was starting out at home with fluids i would just continuously sip Water all day. If i was sitting i had water in my hand. Just keeping it slow and steady to prevent getting full.
Cac93 10 Posted January 9, 2018 I didnt even try to keep track of ounces because that is too tedious for me but i would try to get through 3, 16 oz. bottles in a day first 2 weeks and now i try to do 4-5 to prevent Constipation.
abefroman329 704 Posted January 9, 2018 Pre-surgery, I would use the Fitbit app. Post-surgery, I drink most of my Water at work and know when I've drank 2 500-ml bottles' worth.
BigAussieGirl 162 Posted January 10, 2018 I use an app called H2OPal - it sends you reminders if you haven’t drunk enough. I find it helpful when I’m at work at forget to drink. 1 wendybird reacted to this
