Change in insurance

Husband lost his job and we had his insurance (BCBS). I signed up for insurance with my employer (Not BCBS). Anyone else go through this? Did you have to start all over?

Hi, I went through a very similar situation. My employer actually changed our insurance carrier. I had to meet the new qualifications for weight lose surgery with the new insurance. What was initially a
3 months diet turned into 6 mths diet. Hopes this help!
