Toomanytacos 251 Posted January 8, 2018 Today makes 4 weeks since my VSG surgery The "average" is 15-25 in weight loss. I've lost 16 pounds as of today, but most of that weight was in the first two weeks. A stall for the most part this past two weeks. Depressing. But what can I do? I've already had the surgery, I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do. And I am working out. Total weight loss Preop diet = 23 pounds Weight loss since surgery=16 pounds Total weight loss 39 pounds (Since Nov 27) (Kelle did the best she could with getting full length pics of me today. But the sun was her competition ) The bright side. If I didn't lose another single pound, I still lost 39 pounds I probably wouldnt have without this surgery. I am thankful for that 2 sunshinetinks and GreenTealael reacted to this

FluffyChix 17,415 Posted January 9, 2018 You're beautiful! Remember, there's a very well-documented 3 week stall that can happen anywhere between 2-4 weeks. Hang in there. It will come off! Congrats on the surgery and losses!
