Readytochangemylife 3 Posted January 7, 2018 Hi everyone! I am 6 months post op and am considering restarting hot yoga once a week. I was wondering if this is okay to do or will it stretch my insides too much. I have started working out but nothing too vigorous yet. I used to do hot yoga before surgery. Any input is appreciated! fruitandveggies 456 Posted January 7, 2018 According to my surgeon, you're fine to do anything at all after 4 weeks. I would just add to obviously make sure you're getting enough Water in though since it's so hot in there! 2 Readytochangemylife and TheRealMeIsHere! reacted to this
TheRealMeIsHere! 863 Posted January 8, 2018 Check with your surgeon, but usually 6 weeks post op you are cleared to do anything 1 Readytochangemylife reacted to this
jess9395 5,449 Posted January 8, 2018 I did vinyasa starting at about six weeks out. You're fine!Just watch your hydration.... I can't do the hot yoga myself! Just not my thing. 1 Readytochangemylife reacted to this
