Daizeoh 9 Posted January 6, 2018 So I had to do a 6 month weight loss program through IEHP with weight watchers & my 6 Months are almost done, so now I’m just wondering what do I do next, what should I expect? Anything that y’all can tell me that might help? Please and thank you. I’m just so excited and I hope I get approved.
Prevanwarrior 29 Posted January 7, 2018 Call your surgeons office to set up an appointment..they may have requirements before setting a date..such as clearance from your PCP. So definitely contact them asap. 1 Daizeoh reacted to this
Daizeoh 9 Posted January 9, 2018 How do I know who’s my surgeon? Or how do I get one that accepts my insurance?

Mino_IE 20 Posted January 9, 2018 Hi Daizeoh, I have IEHP and was required to do the 6mo, I choose Weight Watchers, once your done, hopefully you have your next monthly doc appointment scheduled for around that time? You will provide your doctor with the last set of weigh in records, then she will submit it to the insurance for approval. Do you have a secondary condition along with the over weight? The reason I ask is because I was denied at first because I had not done the sleep test but AFTER I did and it came back I had minor sleep apnea it was approved. Most likely they will send you to Dr Krahn in San Bernardino that’s the surgeon. Daizeoh 9 Posted January 14, 2018 Okay I’m almost done with weight watchers, I haven’t gone for a month but a because they said they’ve been backed up on sending the coupons and still I have to wait two to three weeks to get more. As of now I know that I have hypothyroidism I believe it’s that one I’m not positive lol and I’ve had back surgery in 2015 but I had x rays done and i guess they seen something wrong so they sent me to get an mri
