regainingmytime 6 Posted January 7, 2018 I have the Mirena IUD and usually dont have a cycles. I am currently on my pre op diet and my surgery is on Jan. 10th. Layma 30 Posted January 7, 2018 I didn’t have a period for over a year before my surgery. I had it two weeks after my surgery and I have not missed one ever since. At the age 30, for the first time I understand my cycle because in the past, it was too unpredictable. Now I have a 31 day cycle and it has not changed in the last year and a half.
