The New Me 2018 3 Posted January 5, 2018 I am excited and a bit nervous. Conquered the pre-op liquid diet. Now I’m ready for a life change: eating healthy, moving more, and learning to love my mind and body. Would appreciate any tips from those of you who are doing so well! Love this app and all the shared support xx 2 sunshinetinks and istytehcrawk reacted to this

Marblicious 130 Posted January 5, 2018 Wishing you a successful surgery. I hope you have got some Misa Soup and made up some broth for the freezer. When you get to purees, try puree'd chicken soup. I loved it and it was so nice to have something else. Take time to let your body heal. gentle walks and no overdoing it. And take a pillow in the car for your tummy. I also took it to bed as it provided my stomach some support. You will do great and feel great.
