aberry 52 Posted January 4, 2018 Yeah, I got a pretty bad, itchy rash on the inside of my arms. A few days to maybe a week post op. I believe it was the “keto” rash. Losebig 508 Posted January 8, 2018 Yes, similar type of rash, but it Was on my arm and down my side. I think it was a Keto rash, it stopped getting worse and is now healing, but was pretty itchy and annoying for a couple of days. Is your tongue white? That's common too with Ketosis. wadeswife 7 Posted January 27, 2018 So sorry for my late reply ... I went to doctor , was not Keto rash , my potassium was 1.4 and it should be 3.5. White tongue also from potassium issues . Resolve was two IVs with two potassium IV cocktails , and oral potassium they had me drink. Rash clearing up 😊 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
