STLMOCRITTER 7 Posted January 4, 2018 I was certain I would be but everything moved so fast I didn’t have time. They gave me the sedative right before they took me and I was out like a light . 1 sleepingbeauty30 reacted to this

Beardman 52 Posted January 4, 2018 I was sleeved on 12/20. I was super nervous as this was my first surgery/hospital visit of my life as I am generally very healthy (except for the morbid obesity ). I had to wait in my gown for about 2 hours and I had to focus on just breathing and keeping calm so I didn't run out of the hospital. Once they gave me the versed to relax me, I don't remember anything after. I regained my full memory in my hospital room 4 hours later with no anxiety at all. Fortunately, I've had a very smooth recovery with no nausea, vomiting, or really any pain after the gas pains left the first afternoon. I'm still early on, but I don't regret the decision at all. 2 Muffy71 and Mspiggie reacted to this
