Gulping without thinking. I can’t have liquid at my food table. Also, my old crap diet still beckons. I had a sweet treat - chewed it well but what a reaction. “Dumping” - racing heart, flushing, nausea. That might be enough to stop the back-of-my-mind yearning for sweets, crisps. BigAussieGirl 162 Posted January 4, 2018 4.5 months out - biggest problem is not drinking within 30 min before/after a meal. Still haven't got that down right.
Datsweetbabydoll 2 55 Posted January 4, 2018 (edited) Not being able to enjoy food the way I used to! When I cook holiday meals, I still can only eat a few bites at a time. I do miss that! And eating slowly! If I eat too fast, it will not stay down! Edited January 4, 2018 by Datsweetbabydoll
Dimples58 167 Posted January 4, 2018 Slow down when I eat. I have always been a fast eater. And sweets...OMG. It's a struggle to not eat them. So I'll suck on hard candy if it gets too bad. I'm doing good not eating chips though. So what's yours?
