kdelrio05 0 Posted January 3, 2018 I am a week out and was curious if I am able to eat a lemon with some salt or use tajin in my Soups.

Gee_Marie 0 Posted November 9, 2021 I’m 4 weeks post & i just had watermelon & pineapple with tons of tajin. It was the most amazing thing ever!! Zero discomfort, i feel 100% fine.
vikingbeast 987 Posted November 9, 2021 Depends. Some people are very sensitive to acid or chile/spicy food after surgery. I know my chile tolerance went down—things are much spicier than they used to be. But I don't have any problem with tajín. I haven't tried chamoy yet, because the only thing I'd put chamoy on is mangoneadas or tostilocos, neither of which is anywhere near on my plan.

Everything i see or smell i get disgusted by. Last nights fruit session was the very 1st food i can keep down and it feel grossed out and that was because of the tajin and i kept it down. This journey so far has been so hard for me because I’m weak and can’t eat but today i feel better 🙌🏼🙌🏼

SleeverSk 635 Posted February 14, 2022 What is " taijin"?
Tomo 1,194 Posted February 16, 2022 What is " taijin"? I did a typo in that post. The name of the seasoning is Tajin. It is a "blend of mild chili peppers, lime, and salt". It is really yummy on vegetables, fruit, fish, cottage cheese... Practically everything.Sent from my SM-N986U using BariatricPal mobile app
