Mindy78 372 Posted January 2, 2018 Honestly I think I have tried them all. Liquid shakes I can do like Atkins or premier but if it's powder even if I put it in the blender it won't stay down. I'm 15 months post op tomorrow. I can tolerate almost anything on plan now but those just don't work. Anyone else have this issue? It's not a flavor or taste thing it's the texture.Sent from my 5056N using BariatricPal mobile app
momin2005 30 Posted January 3, 2018 Have you tried adding a banana or avocado to the Protein Shake? I find they really add to the texture issue I have. Both seem to thicken and make it smoother.

I've tried everything even mixing Greek yogurt. It just doesn't stay. Sent from my 5056N using BariatricPal mobile app
Dropzone 24 Posted January 3, 2018 I use Isopure Protein Powder but I add spinach berries and fruit to make a nice morning shake or snack shake when needed. you can get unflavored or a flavor you like to go along with whatever shakes you like to make. Mindy78 372 Posted January 3, 2018 Thanks. I mean I get my Protein in just wish I could take the powder add the Water at work or gym and shake. $ wise they are less expensive too. Was wondering if others had the same problemSent from my 5056N using BariatricPal mobile app
