Pre-op weigh ins

I have gained some lbs. during the holidays. I weigh in tomorrow morning on 4th month pre-op. I've been consistent until now. I have Humana PPO INS. The requirements say to maintain or lose weight during diet and last weight should be less than or equal to first weight. Has anyone went through this with Humana because I'm sweating denial rn

I had a gain at my very last appointment (so frustrating!) but because I will still under my start weight, it wasn't an issue and I was approved with no issue. You've still got some time to come back down again. It's definitely normal to be anxious about it, so I completely understand. But, I do believe you will be just fine.

I don’t have your insurance but on mine I was told by my nutritionist that all the insurance wants to see is that you are below the weight you were from your first weigh in even if it’s a lb lol. Good luck I’m sure you’ll be fine!
