NewGuy47 2 Posted December 29, 2017 I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery on Nov. 14, 2017, I’ve had good success at weight loss so far, the biggest issue I have is severe contraption.Before surgery I had a regular bowel movement every day but now it may be once every 5 to 7 days and very hard and painful. I’ve been drinking 48 to 64 oz’s of Water daily, using Miralax and stool softeners every day. It’s now been 9 days, I NEED HELP!!!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
TWright 1 Posted January 2, 2018 I'm a year out of surgery and had the same problem at first. Here's a solution around 7 pm take a Dulcolax tablet then at bedtime take a peri-colace. I had never ever felt this in my life and I dont want ever feel it again. You know what helped me is a shake I found in a gastric sleeve cook book. Thank God the shake has half a small apple, half pear, five spinach leaves, a slice of avocado, a cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1/3 orange juice.
