Am I the only one still having sugar cravings? Im seeing the nutritionist, but even eating more Protein isn't helping. I've done good with eliminating rice, Pasta and potatoes

Mrs Rob I see good things ahead for you. Alas it will be prefessed by the dreaded liquid diet, Just keep saying This Shall Pass in between your bathroom breaks. That's something that's been worrying me, since I have 3 kidneys I'm already,on overdrive there.[emoji20]
