I’m happy to hear your weight loss of 60+ pounds in 6 mos. I was feeling like a failure as I’ve only lost almost 60 since August. Now I just had foot surgery and so I can’t exercise like I did before. Feeling defeated. You also look very toned and thin. I see others losing a lot more so I was getting discouraged. I have not been so good while bed ridden and having cabin fever so need to get on the horse again. Your pictures are an inspiration. Thank you!

Thank you! Bummer about your foot. But you will be back up and able to do some kind of movement soon, I'm sure. Yeah, my weight loss has been slow...not sure why but it has been.
