Rae5148 28 Posted December 23, 2017 I take Flinstones complete. I had a revision and switched surgeons for second surgery. First surgeon had me buying 100 dollar bottles of Vitamin. I threw them up all the time. Now I take one flinstone in morning and one at night and I feel so much better and it’s lighter on my stomach. Also much cheaper. 1 Aran1030 reacted to this
Confident&Sassy_RNY 6 Posted December 23, 2017 My program recommends the flinstone Complete (or equivalent store brand) also. 1 chewable twice a day.

Or anything with the trademark words, RAPI-MELT or rapid-melt. That's how I choose mine!
catwoman7 11,220 Posted December 23, 2017 I use Centrum Silver or the generic CVS equivalent. Two a day.
