tiff86 19 Posted December 21, 2017 I’m 3 days post op and I normally sleep on my stomach. Every position I try has my stomach hurting. Any suggestions? Tiffany

Tiffany Me too, I haven't even slept in my bed yet, I sleep on my couch propped up.
tiff86 19 Posted December 21, 2017 Me too! The hospital bed was so uncomfortable and so is my bed.
James Marusek 5,244 Posted December 21, 2017 During the few days after surgery, many people find it difficult to sleep in their beds and instead sleep in a recliner or couch. Normally, I slept on my side but that was uncomfortable so I slept on my back for a few weeks. A few months after surgery, the fat disappeared around my knees. And when I slept on my side, I could feel my leg bones rubbing together. That was unnerving. I found that sliding a pillow between my legs at night helped. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
Gen17 92 Posted December 21, 2017 A body pillow was my savior until I could sleep on my stomach again.
