I flew in economy for the first time in 15 years last month (I used to have to buy business class seats everywhere i went) and had the same win! It's a great feeling when you don't have to ask for an extender! 2 1 DanaC84, Orchids&Dragons and Beachyfe reacted to this
1-Chance 31 Posted May 10, 2019 I love boots so congrats on that!!!! I’m hoping my boots (wide calf) will fit better soon. I can get them zipped but it’s like compression socks. Omg I know that feeling!! I love my thigh high boots.. Beachyfe 40 Posted May 11, 2019 (edited) I'm 9 months post sleeve surgery and have been on a cruise around the world for 3.5 months so far (is for 6 months total). I had to buy an ENTIRE new wardrobe before leaving (expensive but fun)...but what's really fun is being able to buy clothes in Asia where the women are so small. I used to wear a 2XL but now wear a medium! And I still have 15# to lose in order to be at my goal...hoping I'll be in a small then! Here are before and after pics.... MeanSleevedMachine 277 Posted May 11, 2019 I went for my one year follow up on May 9. I was quite proud of this one which is a non-scale victory. I was 44.7% body fat in May of 2018. At my visit on Thursday they tested my body fat again and I was 17.1% body fat. I am also off every single medication now. It is amazing how great this year has been. 5 7 DaisyChainOz, nenes78, DanaC84 and 9 others reacted to this

MeanSleevedMachine 277 Posted May 11, 2019 My goal was to be off every medication and be healthy. In that respect I’ve been at goal for awhile. My weight goal starting out was 315 which I thought was realistic given I weight 489 to start. I smashed through that and I’m almost to my vanity goal of 265. 3 alex76, ish_sheddingitall and DanaC84 reacted to this

NYC_PAULA 194 Posted May 12, 2019 I'm three months post op. I can run for 30 minutes at least three times a week. I haven't had the stamina for that in a while. I feel like I'm coming back to me. 7 3 DanaC84, Orchids&Dragons, Sophie7713 and 7 others reacted to this
