Maybe ask your doc what you can take if you think that might be an issue.

I took a bit of pepto and it help for a few. Doc has since sent me a script and we’ll see if that solves the issue more long term.

I had my pre op education class this morning and they said we were not allowed to take pepto bismol for upset stomach because of something in it. I dont remember what they said, but they also said they would send us home with a script. Hope you feel better!

I used to have to set an alarm throughout the day to remember to eat. My tastes Def were different that first year.Things didn't taste the same even my fave foods weren't as tasty anymore. That eventually stopped and 2 yrs post op my taste is back to how it was and I eat on a schedule which is how I remember without my alarms.
