mcgowan_tina1973 1 Posted December 17, 2017 I had my surgery November 5th and every time I eat. No matter what it is after the first bite my chest down to my stomach hurts! I chew my food very well. Just not sure if this is always gonna happen! Makes me never want to eat anything which is unhealthy 1 tiff86 reacted to this
lromero1989 24 Posted December 17, 2017 I had surgery dec 11th and I notice that sometimes my chest aches after eating but I’m thinking it’s got to do with the gas maybe but I drink Water afterward. I’m on liquids and Jello lol so hopefully itll ease up 1 mcgowan_tina1973 reacted to this
Sosewsue61 3,185 Posted December 17, 2017 You could have a stricture? How long does it last? Do you get your solid Protein in if you are having this issue? Are fluids also causing this? Try a warm drink 15 minutes before, then have moist food. If it persists I would call the surgeon's office and get checked out. Good luck. 1 mcgowan_tina1973 reacted to this

Good luck.I just went to the doctor even though I had my surgery in Mexico and they are checking my blood and have me scheduled for a ultrasound next week! And when I cough or sneeze there is a horrible pain under my ribs on my left side. It almost takes me to the ground when I cough or sneeze. I’m concerned! 1 Sosewsue61 reacted to this
EagerPenguin 159 Posted December 25, 2017 I wonder if you're having stomach spasms. Sometimes I get this too, but probably not as often as you. I end up with terrible nerve pain under my left ribs if they come on too suddenly, but then when I take my Levsin the pain goes away. I hope you get some answers from your doc. Keep us updated!
