dreamynow 136 Posted December 16, 2017 Hey all - any advice?I’m having foot surgery next Friday and will be on crutches/ boot for six weeks. I’m nervous about not being able to exercise like I normally do. I’ve lost a little over 50 since aug 21. In a bit of a stall right now since TGHELP! 1 Alex Brecher reacted to this
cardiwithpearls 6 Posted December 16, 2017 I just had my sleeve yesterday, but I’ve had foot surgery twice so I still feel like I can provide some advice. I recommend focusing on healing, the 1st time I had foot surgery I rushed to get off crutches & ended up being in the boot a month longer than normal. I’d also talk to the surgeon about when you can start physical therapy and if there are any exercises that are safe to do.
