I bought a coat today in the not plus section. It is a normal XL. I am so excited. I am almost 1 year post op vsg and at 83 pounds lost.

Isn’ that the best feeling?

I am 9 months post-op and went from 3XL to L, there is nothing better than shopping and finding something that fits you and is not in Plus section.. Funny thing is that whatever you buy it will be falling off in couple of months... Keep it going pal!

Hi I’m at 3 weeks but Last week I only lost 1 pound what is it that I’m doing wrong that I’m not loosing? I eat but a spoon bec I start having that feeling of vomiting I’m eating so little

It takes several weeks for your body to adjust to the caloric change as well as the physical changes to your anatomy. I plateau often.
Are you able to exercise?

Love the coat. It's such a great feeling not having to go to the plus section isn't it. I have no idea how to shop anymore, the sheer amount of choices available are overwhelming. I still find myself wandering to the back corner of the store then remembering I can't shop plus and going back to the front.
