rayb70 47 Posted December 14, 2017 Surgery was November 8. As of now I am down 38 lbs from my surgery date and 60 lbs from my high weight. I couldn’t be happier. Have more energy then ever before. I have hit a little stall this week as I gained 2 lbs and have been the same weight the last 3 days. Doctor is very happy with my progress so far. Walking as much as I can and eating 2-3 oz per meal and snack. Hope everybody is progressing good. Lina McNally 5 Posted December 14, 2017 I am so happy for you on your progress! Sounds like you are on a great road toward your goals. I had sleeve surgery on November 29th and lost 15 pounds in first week and none since then. I've been at a stall for over a week! 1 ahnormandeau reacted to this
Toolman82 4 Posted December 18, 2017 Surgery 11/28 In a stall over the last week or so as well. Only down 1-2lbs in 7-8 days. I contribute to a lower amount of Protein in take. I havent been keeping up on it very well. Most food has now been unappealing. I hope this funk doesn't last long
Lina McNally 5 Posted December 18, 2017 Hi Toolman, I had my sleeve done on November 29th. Lost 15 pounds first week then nothing. I finally figured out it's the Protein. I wasn't keeping good track, just trying to make sure I ate something. 1st day after increasing the protein I lost 1 pound. Yes, you're on the right track. Best wishes! Toolman82 4 Posted December 19, 2017 Thanks LinaI have recommitted to Protein today. Greek yogurt and Protein Shake. They’re horrible but I’m getting them down slowly. I hope after a few days I’ll see some change. They don’t satisfy the hunger, but as long as I get them in, I think I’ll be ok.

Also Sleeved 11/28 and in a stall, so frustrating! This past week I only lost 1 lb. Annoying when you're eating such minimal calories. I've only lost 12 since surgery but 27 total since starting my liquid diet 2 weeks pre-op. Just gonna keep on going! I've been hitting my Protein, so not sure what's up. Yes, the weight loss picked up a little bit, total I'm down 34 lbs since 2 week preop liquid diet, and I'm down 19 since surgery. I'll take it! How are you doing??? I'm still doing really well with tolerating foods and still no sickness, thankfully!
Toolman82 4 Posted January 6, 2018 Things are going well. No more sickness or nausea for me. Reached 50lb loss milestone this week since pre-op diet. But my pre-op was 3 weeks long [emoji853]What food stage are you in? What types of things have you been eating? I switch to “full” diet Monday, so we’ll see how that goes

You're doing awesome. I'm still on "soft" foods for 1 more week, but honestly I've been eating pretty much everything. No hard or raw vegetables, but most meats are soft enough, and I do steam veggies with them. I've tolerated foods fine, so I haven't been too strict about soft foods. Most things get soft after chewing them like 100 times anyway, right?!? Lol good luck with your transition! 2 alima17twin and Toolman82 reacted to this
