I noticed the weight loss has changed. It's easy to gain and comes off slowly. I've had to dial in my diet and log food. The scale is finally moving down. 1 CatHile0219 reacted to this
CatHile0219 1 Posted December 11, 2017 I'm going back to a few basics and using the palm of my hand and the height of 1 finger as a guide. My thumb area being my Protein. My work is super active but I am going to have to amp up my work outs. Ugh. I was Underweight and was ok until Doc told me to gain....well, that spiraled out of control and here I am...ugh.Sent from my LGL82VL using BariatricPal mobile app 1 Healthy_life2 reacted to this
