@soready17 I referred to myself as a sausage hoe in another thread and got tickled thinking about whether anyone is as twisted as me and would wonder if it was hoe or ho? I'm pretty sure I misspelled it and thought my teacher friends could help a chix out!

Yes Hoe is a long-handled gardening tool with a thin metal blade, used mainly for weeding and breaking up soil.

However the online slang dictionary has hoe as a noun a general insult, usually applied to females. So if you meant it that way, hoe is correct as a slang word.
