Just Checking In

I know I really haven't been on here for a while (don't ask me why) but I just wanted to check in and say that I am still doing great. I am almost 14 months post op (RNY) and I am down about 100 pounds (I bounce between 100 to 105 pounds lost). I do still find it a struggle when I get stressed out or get bored (I just want to eat) but overall I could not be happier. My surgeon was so happy with my progress at my one year check up (I have to see him every 12 months from now on) and I still haven't missed any of my support group meetings.

I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year. And don't forget, even though everyone's weight loss journey is their own, we are still all in this together. We must and will still support each other.
