can"t burp

That is so funny - I can relate to it. The guy I'm seeing has very bad ulcerations in his stomach and he is CONSTANTLY burping. I figured if he could do it, so could I. And we would have a burping match. After my surgery, I couldn't burp, so he would burp and ask me if I felt better! I'm having a much easier time now, and I'm almost back to where I was pre-op.

We were banded the same day!! I had the most violent hiccup attack about 4 days post op. It hurt sooooo bad. My hubby was kinda freaked out because at fist I was laughing bc it wouldnt stop but then I kept screaming in pain bc it wouldnt stop. FINALLY after about five minutes, I held my breath until I thought I was going to pass out...And it worked!! I only have minor hiccup-burps every so often, nothing like that attack though, I thought I was going to die hiccuping...LOL
