journal for my psychologist.

Hello guys,

so last week I was finally able to get my first visit with my psychologist. Because I have Fidelis NY i'm required to do two visits. Now my first visit went great he said I am a great candidate for surgery but before sending off my results to my surgeon he wants me to write a journal and bring it back for him to read it . I'm so confused because I honestly have nothing to write about. I need HELPP , Has anyone else done this before . If so what do you suggest me to write about . Thank you .

Just write about your day. Write about your motivators for weight loss surgery. Write about supportive people in your life who will help get you there. Keep it positive and don't give him any concerns.....unless you have some concerns you'd like to have addressed.
