Toolman82 4 Posted January 13, 2018 meat def weighs down my stomach more also. 40+ is good. I had a 3 week pre-op diet and lost 20lbs doing that. I also had a week of stall, that really does suck. But I luckily got the flu last week and didn’t eat for 4 days so I guess that helped, lol. I feel like Protein Shakes just go right through me, meaning I don’t get full at all from them but I want to try drinking them faster. I think i drink them too slowly for them to fill me up.
