Struggling & need your support

Hi every body,

It's been a long while that I loged into lapband.com,

actually It's been rough days. I've stopped my diet-regimn because I couldn't feel the pleasure of losing weight and I'm losing that desire of being thin for the first time in my life.

It's really fustraiting:bored.

So it has been around 5 month since I started eating with no limits,

sometimes I feel it's never gonna happen"losing weight".

but last month I've ordered Dr. Phill's book ultimate weight solution and I just don't know if I will have the courage to keep the hard work on.

by the way the book hasn't delivered yet!!!

any advice will be appreciated.
