dmath 2 Posted November 28, 2017 I am 8 weeks out and I can hardly eat anything. I am only able to get maybe 1 ounce of Protein in at a meal, anything over that usually ends with me throwing up. I am getting very tired of Protein Shakes. I am reading about what people are eating and how much and don't understand what is going on. I am struggling as to what to do. I'm thinking I may try to stay away from meats as long as possible. Have you tried Peanut Butter? I started buying protein fat free milk and that's been great. chrissy43 40 Posted November 30, 2017 Yes it's great. There are few different kinds. But this one my whole family will drinks. So I don't have to buy different milk for everyone. The chocolate is really good too. But I prefer to use sugar free Hershey Syrup in the white milk. That way I can just add a touch of chocolate to it. It has helped me get my Protein in.
