One week until surgery and I’ve gained 4 pounds oh my goodness!

I don’t know what to do, I’ve gained 4 pounds in this puts me over my goal weight by 2 pounds.

I can’t stop crying.. I’m so scared I swear I’m not going to eat but once a day. F*** this sh**! I’m come too far to put this off because of some more weight. I’m so disappointed in myself!. Kaiser Northern California surgeons are very serious about you meeting your goal weight.. and maintaining the weight.. I have an appointment tomorrow I guess the preop appointment and I know I’m going to be weighed. OMG IM FREAKING OUT! What the hell am I gonna do.... TEARS!.

Any idea why?

Could it be period-related? I always gain a pound or two around my period, then lose it again.

Be sure you're drinking plenty of Water.

What did you eat ? You don't need to only eat once a day that may lead you to binging. Just take a big breath and talk through it
