AmandaWho 158 Posted November 27, 2017 I had my surgery 5/31. Starting weight 215, currently 175 and have been stuck here for about 2-3 months. I changed workouts, foods, everything. Drinking so much more Water than ever in my life too, but the scale just isn’t budging. Anyone have any tips? I eat mostly Protein and some vegetables. Hardly any carbs. I don’t eat too late at night and I’m relatively active because I work 2 jobs. Someone, anyone, help!
Humble17 41 Posted November 27, 2017 It looks like your diet is fine, if you’re exercising at whatever level, that’s probably fine. I’d vote for sleep, and then stress. Both of those have always slowed me down. I believe 100% that the other side is near for you! Good Luck!VSG 10/11/17 HW 336 SW 306 CW 259 GW 206 1 AmandaWho reacted to this
Phinley 94 Posted November 28, 2017 2-3 months isn't a stall, it's eating maintenance. Count calories for a week using MyFitnessPal. Everything that passes your lips gets logged including liquids. Use the calculator here (https://tdeecalculator.net) to find your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and if your calories consumed are within a hundred of your TDEE, you're eating too much. 1 AmandaWho reacted to this

Msdooloo 102 Posted November 30, 2017 Up your fat intake? Good fats like avocado, salmon, almonds. Keep carbs under 15 grams ( hard I know) and see if you lose weight Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app 2 Sosewsue61 and AmandaWho reacted to this
sy2053 4 Posted November 30, 2017 Maybe switch up your whole routine? Have you lost inches though? It won't always show on the scale. I'm in a second stall right now so I get it's aggravating. The last time I didn't exercise for a week and then I started again and I started losing weight again. Have you told your surgeon? They can give tips and suggestions! Sullie06 1,013 Posted November 30, 2017 I've been stalled for 2 months as well. I was worried it was maintenance so I spoke to my nut and she said she didn't believe it was, that it was just a plateau. I switched up my diet (average 1100-1300 calories a day, 50-100 grams of carbs and Protein was 60-70), exercise routine and on Monday I started really upping my protein. I'm getting about 90-100 grams now and I've lost a pound in 3 days, finally. 2 MTL and AmandaWho reacted to this
